3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the vvji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. vvji reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. vvji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). vvji is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting vvji customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vvji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on the vvji Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vvji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency of any kind.
4.3 Deposit Conditions. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vvji reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change. vvji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. vvji aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. vvji is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. vvji is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. vvji reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.
5.1 General. vvji may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. vvji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided the player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the vvji Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on the vvji Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.
6 .3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. All live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers and are subject to the same fair-play standards as RNG games. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, vvji will resolve the round in accordance with the game's published disconnection policy.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, vvji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. vvji's decision in such matters is final. No winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error will be paid out.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. vvji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if vvji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Force Majeure. vvji shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.
vvji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vvji complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and vvji, you agree to first contact vvji customer support to seek an informal resolution. vvji will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Language. All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
